Event Submission – Sharing Your Event Here

Event submissions are open!

If you know of an event or are hosting one and would like to share, simply fill out the submission form and it’ll be posted on the site within 24 hours.

All events are shareable on various social media to further promote your events and posting on Deaf Niche Events will make your event searchable on Google too.

It’s really simple and straightforward, no sign up is needed. You can submit anonymously or file as an organizer on this site to save yourself from entering the same information for future events!

Here’s what the 1-step submission process looks like-

1. CLICK ON LINK “CREATE YOUR EVENT”
Look at the top menu and click on “Create Your Event,” it’ll take you the submission page.

2. FILL IN EVENT NAME AND DESCRIPTION. WHAT IS THE EVENT ABOUT?
What is the event about? This is where you can list ticket information, location details, tips, what to bring if anything, or other information you want to share.

3. CHOOSE CATEGORY AND UPLOAD IMAGE
Pick the category that fits the event best and upload an image. It can be the event flyer, a picture of the location, or a picture of the theme.

4. EVENT TIME AND DATE
Here’s where you can set up the time and date! This site supports event recurrence, how convenient! You can set up repeating events by setting up the rule such as “Every Month the 1st Friday” or “Every Week on Wednesdays.” If the event has some dates that you are not meeting on, just set up the Exclusion Dates. The possibilities are limitless!

5. ORGANIZER DETAILS
Are you the host of the event? Do you host many events or often? If yes, fill this out! It’ll list you in our database so that if you want to set up another event, your information is already here so you don’t have to enter it each time! Talk about a time-saver.

6. EVENT WEBSITE AND COST
Does the event have its own website for tickets and detailed information? Put the address here! Does the event charge admission? If yes, put down the price. Is it free? Just put 0 and it will list as Free.

7. VENUE DETAILS
Venue is where the event is taking place! It’s the event location, so Venue Name is the name of the place and then the address can be filled in. This information will be saved into our database, so you don’t have to fill it in every time if a new event is happening at the same place.

8. ENTER CAPTCHA AND CLICK SUBMIT. YOU’RE ALL DONE!
That’s it! It’s really that simple.
